Club Development

Project Manager
Soccer Extreme provides a Project Manager (PM) to oversee and organize all soccer related activities in the club. They will provide coaching, and parent clinics for the club and assist in the development of curriculums to ensure your club reaches its full potential. The PM will also deal with assigning professional Soccer Extreme coaches to each team within your club.

Master Coaching Format
A senior Soccer Extreme instructor will be provided to aid in the education of your club's coaches. The coach will demonstrate a variety of drills to players and coaches, advising them on techniques and key factors brought up during the sessions. During the Master Coaching clinic, Soccer Extreme offers you valuable insight into our proven coaching philosophies and methods.

Coaches Clinic
Soccer Extreme coaches will be provided to run a predetermined number of sessions in order to educate and develop coaches or players within your club. During the sessions you will experience coaching styles and techniques unique to Soccer Extreme.

Team Coaching
Soccer Extreme New England can provide a club with coaches who will work together with players, parents and managers throughout a season. Individual teams will be assigned with a coach for the season who will run practice sessions developing the technical and tactical aspects of players' games. We will provide a team coaching solution tailored to your club's needs:

• Head Coaching
  The coach will run practice sessions and attend matches. Also, the coach will be available to attend a tournament each season. Throughout the season, the coach will provide a complete education in soccer, developing tactics and techniques while developing communication, co-operation and leadership skills that are vital in soccer.

• Team Trainer
  Soccer Extreme New England coaches will be provided to run practice sessions throughout the season, developing overall team tactics and individual player skills and techniques. (The Team Trainer will notattend matches)

• Individual Trainer Sessions
  Soccer Extreme New England Coaches will provide a coach for one or multiple team training sessions when needed. Sessions will be adapted to your team's needs and goals, striving to achieve the objectives set by you.

• Technical/Tactical Specific training
  Soccer Extreme New England will design either a technical or tactical lesson plan for your team's needs. Our professional coaches will run the session and educate the players in the nuances of the game.

• Goalkeeping Training
  A professional Soccer Extreme New England Goalkeeping trainer will work with your goalkeepers, helping them improve in every aspect of the position (individually or in a group environment.)

• Advanced Development program (ADP)
  Soccer Extreme New England provides an opportunity for the serious minded players to get some more detailed technical and tactical training with a professional coach. The training is inclined towards the next level of play, travel soccer.

• Try-outs
  Soccer Extreme New England coaches will organize a suitable trial set-up for player evaluations, also assisting with objective player ratings. All sessions are based on an hourly rate of $75.
